Water Supply
The source of water is the City of Edmonton through the Morinville Water Supply Line. The service structure is in place to serve a future population of 20,000 people. There are two reservoirs with a total combined capacity of 9,080 cubic metres, including 2,950 cubic metres fire storage. Waste Management
The effluent discharge from the sanitary sewer is integrated into the Regional Sanitary Sewer System. The Morinville Business Park is serviced by 200 mm [8 inch] and 250 mm [10 inch] lines discharging to a lift station, from which effluent is pumped to a sewage lagoon for treatment and disposal.
